Reprints, Returns, & Refunds Policy

M-Squared Designs

Policy Summary: M-Squared Designs is a print-on-demand company, which means that all your favorite products are unique and produced just for you only once ordered. This also means that reprints, returns, and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, M-Squared Designs offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Eligible Products: This policy applies to all products listed for sale on the M-Squared Designs online Shop as well as the products that are customized by you, the customer, that are not listed online.

Ineligible Products: The following products are not eligible for reprint, return, or refund:

Products that you ordered that were the wrong size or color, or you simply changed your mind
Damaged products for which you do not provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Return Period: We offer a 14 day reprint, return and refund period for eligible products, starting from the date of product delivery at the order's specified address.

Conditions for Reprints, Returns, and Refunds:

Product is Damaged: Products that are damaged upon receipt will be eligible for reprint or refund. Photographic evidence must be submitted with your reprint or refund request. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for all reprints, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product; however, returns are not always required. Contact M-Squared Designs to find out whether your request requires a return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Return Instructions:

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and where to ship it, if required.

Refunds:

Full Refund: If the refund is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the circumstances.

Reprints:

We may offer reprints of the same product if your request is approved, subject to availability.

Exceptions:

We may make exceptions to this return policy in certain circumstances, at our sole discretion.
